Lauren Dennis

Hello! I'm Lauren Dennis, I started throwing knives in about 2017 when my then boyfriend 'Sweet Sam' and I picked up some cheap throwing knives at our local Renaissance festival. We loved it right away, we both really enjoy adventurous activities together and throwing fit right in. My father helped me get a target set up at his house and I started practicing! My first competition was Dangerfest and I learned so much. In 2021 Sam and I were married at Blade Aces The Good the Bad and the Aces! The throwing community is our family and it meant a lot to us to have the opportunity to have so many throwers there for it. I was extremely proud to be added to the ranks of The Full Tang Clan and I'm also very proud to be involved in WWK. My hopes for the future in regards to knife throwing are to be more involved with WWK, it's a great organization with so many admirable women! Throwing, and the people we've been so fortunate to meet have had a huge impact on our lives!
